Paying homage to the market’s roots as a meat, poultry and game market, our head chef has expertly crafted our menu to bring you quintessentially British traditional pub classics, along with a range of indulgent, hearty and carefully created lamb dishes.

All of our lamb comes from Salt Marsh Farm, Llanrhidian, The Gower, South Wales.
